PBE supports the community through charitable contributions, Associate donations and volunteer hours that benefit causes aligned with our mission.
Principle Business Fund
Each year, PBE contributes to charitable efforts its Associates are passionate about through the Principle Business Fund, a Donor-Advised Fund administered by the Toledo Community Foundation. The Principle Business Fund assists Associate-nominated 501(c)(3) organizations with projects or programs relating to youth education, poverty eradication, accessibility programming and encouragement of entrepreneurism as well as other community development purposes. Nominations are managed by a selection committee of PBE Associates.

Veterans Support
PBE is committed to supporting Veterans, their families and caregivers, as they are one of the largest populations our products serve. Our company provides contributions to Veterans organizations through corporate sponsorships and Associate fundraising initiatives, including our annual Veterans Week Silent Auction.
We also celebrate those in our PBE workforce who have served by featuring them on our Wall of Honor proudly displayed at our facilities. Our Tranquility® brand offers multiple informational resources to help Veterans and their loved ones navigate the world of incontinence.

Team Volunteering
Our PBE departments love to engage with the community! It also provides a great opportunity for our teams to bond outside of the office.
Intern Volunteering
As part of PBE’s summer internship experience, students spend time volunteering with organizations that serve similar populations as our Tranquility Brand of products.
Holiday Giving
Each year, PBE supports poverty eradication organizations and local families in need through volunteering and collecting items during the holiday season.

I am a diaper bank or nonprofit seeking diaper donations. Do you donate diapers?
We are not currently accepting requests for diaper donations. At this time, all of our “seconds” are donated to a local partner, which distributes to those in need.
I need volunteers for my organization. Can PBE help?
