DUNBRIDGE, Ohio, April 06, 2023 — Principle Business Enterprises, Inc. (PBE), manufacturer of Tranquility® incontinence products, today announced several senior leadership promotions to reflect the Company’s continued focus on growth.

Bob Donelan was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As the newest member of PBE’s senior leadership team, he will manage the finance department, oversee the Company’s economics and help drive the long-term business strategy. Bob joined PBE in 2021 as the Operations Controller in the Finance department and has since helped the Company identify a variety of opportunities to uplift our financial acumen. He has spent more than 25 years supporting finance and operations for several global organizations, including Owens Corning, NSG-Pilkington Glass and Resource Systems, and was most recently the CFO for family-owned manufacturer and worldwide leader in building bridges, U.S. Bridge. Bob graduated from John Carroll University with a bachelor’s degree in business and holds a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University.

Heike Reid expanded her role to become the Vice President of Business Development and Product Management. Heike is taking on a newly formed product management function responsible for providing market and consumer insights and management of the product portfolio. In addition, she continues to lead the Company’s contract manufacturing business and its absorbent materials business, Gelok. Heike joined PBE in 2016. She is a 25-year veteran of the personal care category, managing product lines such as baby diapers, feminine hygiene and adult incontinence, and has held senior leadership roles with First Quality, Irving Consumer Products, Ontex BVA and Albaad USA. She attended Ryerson University in Ontario, Canada.

Angie Williams expanded her role to become the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Angie has led the Marketing department at PBE since joining in 2018 and will now also lead the Sales team. This combined commercial-focused team is well-positioned to grow the Tranquility brand with programs that improve outcomes for caregivers and wearers. Angie has nearly 20 years of sales and marketing experience within healthcare, professional services and SaaS companies. She graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor’s degree in visual communication technology.
