Karen Stigall to Enhance Workforce Engagement as Company’s Human Resources Leader 

DUNBRIDGE, Ohio, June 18, 2024 — Principle Business Enterprises, Inc. (PBE) today announced Karen Stigall as the Company’s new Vice President of People and Culture. As the head of the Human Resources (HR) department, she will help advance PBE’s commitment to uplift the lives of those it serves and provide the best manufacturing jobs in Northwest Ohio to its Associates.

Karen has served people and culture for the past 20 years in various HR roles. She previously worked for Root Inc. (now Accenture), a strategy activation consultancy, where she was integral in building the HR function from the ground up, establishing programs and systems, enhancing culture and evolving HR partnerships throughout the business. In her most recent role as Vice President, People and Culture, she guided the company through multiple transitions while focusing on employee experience and company values.

Karen graduated from The University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources and serves in the community as a board member for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northwest Ohio.
